At CamperToad, we strive to get your camping and hiking gear to you as quickly and safely as possible so you can start your next adventure.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to all pin codes across India. We also provide international shipping to select countries. If you are ordering from outside India, please contact us at support@campertoad.com for a custom shipping quote.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (India): We offer flat-rate shipping and periodic "Free Shipping" promotions. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most locations within India.

3. Delivery Timelines

Our delivery process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 2–10 business days for most major cities in India. For remote or regional areas, please allow up to 15 business days.

  • Courier (Delhivery, DTDC, IndiaPost)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express to ensure your items are handled with care and delivered on time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at the time of checkout. CamperToad is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
