At CamperToad, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your outdoor adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you get it sorted with a fair and transparent return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Shipping Costs: Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, CamperToad covers 100% of the return shipping cost.

    • Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not believe in hidden costs. There are no restocking fees for any returns at CamperToad.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
